NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD

We hereby notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange or NGX) and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Lafarge Africa Plc (the Company) has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, 25th April 2024 to consider the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending 31st March 2024 (the Unaudited Financial Statements).

Consequently, the closed period for trading in the Company's shares will commence from Monday, 1st April 2024 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements is released on the floor of NGX (the Closed Period), in line with the Company's Insider Trading Policy and the Rules of NGX.

Accordingly, no Insider may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
