Hunan Finance Industry Fund Management Co., Ltd. signed an equity free transfer agreement to acquire 25.58% stake in NanHua Bio-medicine Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000504) from Hunan Trust Co., Ltd. on October 10, 2019. Under the terms of transaction, Hunan Finance Industry Fund Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 79.7 million shares from Hunan Trust Co., Ltd. The transfer base date for the transfer of the equity under the agreement is October 14, 2019, and the transfer price is the closing price of the shares of the base date.
