                    Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
                    Officers.

On July 20, 2021, Las Vegas Sands Corp. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Report") to disclose that on July 16, 2021, the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") elected Yibing Mao as a new member of the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Mao had not been appointed to any committee of the Board as of the Original Report.

The Company is filing this amendment to the Original Report to disclose that on October 19, 2021, the Board appointed Ms. Mao to serve as a member of the Board's Compliance Committee, effective immediately.
