On registration of the Issue Prospectus and permission to launch the public offering of shares

On 14 November, 2017 the Council of the Financial and Capital Market Commission resolved to register the Issue Prospectus for offer of up to 400 000 000 newly issued category B registered shares in paper form with a nominal value of EUR 0.30 per share by akciju sabiedrība 'LATVIJAS KUĢNIECĪBA', consequently allowing to launch the public offering of shares.
