Legrand SA Proposes Dividend in Respect of 2023, Payable on June 4, 2024

Legrand SA?s Board of Directors will ask the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 29, 2024 to approve the payment of a dividend of ?2.09 per share in respect of 2023, a rise of +10% from 2022. The ex-dividend date is May 31, 2024, with payment on June 4, 2024.
