Leo Global Logistics Public Company Limited agreed to acquire all assets and business of World Air Logistics Company Limited for approximately THB 280 million.

Leo Global Logistics Public Company Limited (SET:LEO) agreed to acquire all assets and business of World Air Logistics Company Limited for approximately THB 280 million on January 24, 2022. The payment of consideration will be in the form of cash and shares of newly established joint venture of Leo Global. The transaction will be funded from Leo Global's existing working captial and/or future borrowings together with ordinary shares of newly established joint venture of Leo Global.

The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Leo Global Logistics.
