Leopalace21 Corporation announced that the organizational changes and personnel changes in the major positions in the Company as follows: Changes in Organizational Structure (effective from May 1, 2023): The Company executes business with the organizational structure which consists of four headquarters: Leasing Business Headquarters, Corporate Management Headquarters, Compliance Promotion Headquarters, and Construction Defects Response Headquarters; three divisions: Development Business Division, Elderly Care Business Division and Architectural Engineering Division; and Auditing Department. In order to complete the measures against construction defects in the fiscal year ending March 2025, operations will be further streamlined.
