China Medical System Holdings Limited entered into the equity transfer agreement to acquire 15% stake in Hangzhou HealSun Biopharm Co., Ltd. from Lepu Biopharma Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 130 million.

China Medical System Holdings Limited (SEHK:867) entered into the equity transfer agreement to acquire 15% stake in Hangzhou HealSun Biopharm Co., Ltd. from Lepu Biopharma Co., Ltd. (SEHK:2157) for approximately CNY 130 million on September 28, 2023. The consideration for the disposal is CNY 125 million. Upon completion of the Disposal, Lepu?s equity interest in Hangzhou HealSun will become 5.68% and therefore Hangzhou HealSun Biopharm will cease to be an associate of Lepu.

The unaudited consolidated net asset value of Hangzhou HealSun as at June 30, 2023, was approximately CNY 288,629,000. The transaction is subject to board and shareholder of Hangzhou HealSun Biopharm approved the transaction.
