AND RE-DESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGES IN

COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES AND 2019 ANNUAL REPORT

Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 January 2020 (the "Announcement") by Li Bao Ge Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively known as the "Group") in relation to the appointment and re-designation of Directors and changes in composition of Board Committees and our 2019 Annual Report dated 14 May 2020 ("2019 Annual Report"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement and the 2019 Annual Report.

The Company would like to provide additional information in relation to Mr. Yuen Ching Bor Stephen's biographical details as follows:

Mr. Yuen, (Chinese Alias: 袁靖罡), was a non-executive director and chairman of the board of Affluent Partners Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1466), from February 2018 to October 2019.

Save as disclosed above, all other information and content set out in the Announcement and the 2019 Annual Report remain unchanged.
