MealTop Co.,Ltd. signed contract to acquire 6.5% stake in Melfas Inc. (KOSDAQ:A096640) from LianChuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002036) for KRW 6.1 billion on August 20, 2021. As per the transaction, MealTop Co.,Ltd. will acquire 2.35 million shares at KRW 2600 per share. MealTop Co.,Ltd. paid KRW 1.22 billion as down payment while balance payable on completion. In related transaction, Mythos 1 Fund will acquire 5% stake in Melfas Inc. from LianChuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. on August 20, 2021. Post completionof both transactions, LianChuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. will hold no stake in Melfas Inc. Transaction is subject to completion of other transactions. Completion is planned on September 6, 2021.
