Light S.A. - Under Judicial Reorganization ("Light" or "Company") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY) informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Mr. Hélio Calixto da Costa and Mr. Firmino Ferreira Sampaio Neto were elected Chairman and Deputy Chairman, respectively.
