Jeong Gyu Yong and Chanhee Park agreed to acquire 2.25% stake in Lightron Inc. from Minsujung, Honghwajeong and 4 others for approximately KRW 870 million.

Jeong Gyu Yong and Chanhee Park agreed to acquire 2.25% stake in Lightron Inc. (KOSDAQ:A069540) from Minsujung, Honghwajeong and 4 others for approximately KRW 870 million on February 4, 2020. Under the term, Jeong Gyu Yong will acquire 0.02 million share of Lightron from Minsujung and Chanhee Park will acquire 0.14 million share of Lightron from Honghwajeong and 4 others at a transfer price of KRW 5,420 per share.
