Hwasung Express Corp., Youngam Express Co., J&S Company, Mun, Tae-jun, Park, Gye-hyung and Park Gye-jeong agreed to acquire 40.7% stake in Lightron Inc. (KOSDAQ:A069540) from Luce Fund managed by Kryalos SGR S.p.A. and Park, Chan-hui on May 24, 2021. Hwasung Express Corp., Youngam Express Co., J&S Company, Mun, Tae-jun, Park, Gye-hyung and Park Gye-jeong will acquire 0.14 million shares.
