Adams has helped to advance the company's automated underwriting strategy. She helps to hire, educate, develop and upskill underwriters through development programs. In addition to her daily roles and responsibilities, Adams recently joined Lincoln's Latino Business Resource Group (BRG), where she plans to make a positive impact within Lincoln, and in the community. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
