Lion Travel Service Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 5,504.31 million compared to TWD 422.99 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 225.42 million compared to net loss of TWD 214.42 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.37 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 2.8 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.36 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 2.8 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 8,795.84 million compared to TWD 969.27 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 318.49 million compared to net loss of TWD 386.12 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.54 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 5.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.51 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 5.07 a year ago.
