Kenpay International Company Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Robust Cooperation Limited and Mega Convention Group Limited from China Automobile New Retail (Holdings) Limited (SEHK:526) for HKD 3 million on May 6, 2022. The deal is expected to close on June 25, 2022.
