Logan Group Co Ltd, formerly Logan Property Holdings Co Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in property development in China. The Company operates its businesses through four segments. The Property Development segment develops and sells residential properties and retail shops. The Property Leasing segment is involved in leasing office units and retail shops. The Construction and Decoration Contracts segment provides construction of office buildings and residential buildings and decoration services for external clients and group companies. The segment also provides interior decoration services for property buyers. The Primary Land Development segment sells land held for development. The Company operates its businesses in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), Yangtze River Delta region as well as city clusters in the southwestern and central parts of China.
