Tou Rong Chang Fu Group Limited Appoints Chen Yongsheng as Member of Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee

The board of directors of Tou Rong Chang Fu Group Limited announced that with effect from 8 January 2019, Mr. Chen Yongsheng was appointed as a member of each of the nomination committee, the remuneration committee and the corporate governance committee of the Company.
