Long Yuan Construction Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600491) said it aims to raise up to CNY 1.8 billion ($249.48 million) in private placement of shares to boost capital, repay loans. The company said it scraps share private placement proposal announced previously. The company said ownership set to change after the share issue.
The company said trading in shares to resume on June 28.
