FF2032, fund of Lotus Bakeries NV (ENXTBR:LOTB) acquired an unknown minority stake in Oot Granola B.V on May 10, 2021. Isabelle Maes, the Chief Executive Officer of Natural Foods, a business division of Lotus for healthy snacking in Switzerland, will join the Oot board as a non-executive director.
