Opportunity Partners agreed to acquire Brand Loyalty International B.V. from Loyalty Ventures Inc. and Brand Loyalty Group B.V.

Opportunity Partners agreed to acquire Brand Loyalty International B.V. from Loyalty Ventures Inc. (NasdaqGS:LYLT) and Brand Loyalty Group B.V. on March 2, 2023. The acquisition is subject to approval by relevant regulatory authorities and from competition authorities. It is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.

Christiaan Zijderveld, Philip van der Eijk, Paul de Vries, Karien van Boekel, Marie Louise van Holte tot Echten and Jan Veeningen of Houthoff Buruma Coöperatief U.A. acted as legal advisors to Loyalty Ventures Inc. (NasdaqGS:LYLT) and Brand Loyalty Group B.V. Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP acted as legal advisor to Opportunity Partners.
