Lumax Auto Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Arun Malhotra and K. K. Gandhi as an additional directors to be designated as an independent director of the company with effect from July 28, 2018. The company also announced the resignation by Mr. D.D. Gupta, independent director of the company was taken on record. Mr. Arun Malhotra has over the last three decades he has been a part of the growth of the Industry having worked with Bajaj Auto, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra and Nissan India. His last stint was as an MD in Nissan India. He has rich experience in the field of Sales and Marketing and has been deeply involved in areas of brand building, strategic marketing, retail network expansion and development, training, rural marketing, customer-centric initiatives and formulating group-level strategies. Mr. K. K. Gandhi is presently the Principal Adviser to Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), New Delhi. He was an Executive Director (Technical) of SIAM from November 1999, heading the Technical Activities. He has also been Chairman of the India GRPE and GRRF Group of Experts for UN WP 29 and Director of Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun.
