Invision AG along with the management of eduPRO agreed to acquire eduPRO Group GmbH from Luxempart S.A. (BDL:LXMPR) and others on May 2, 2022. The management of eduPro will now continue together with INVISION as significant shareholders. The former minority shareholders will re-invest a portion of their proceeds.

The closing of the share purchase agreement is expected in early summer 2022, subject to approval by German and Austrian anti-trust authorities as well as under foreign direct investment control regulations. Macquarie Capital (Australia) Limited acted as financial advisor to Luxempart. DLA Piper advised a club of lenders consisting of the Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft, AkquiVest and the Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich Wien AG on the acquisition financing of the acquisition of the eduPRO.
