Silicon Works Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A108320) agreed to acquire all assets of T-Con Chip for OLED TV from LG Electronics Inc. (KOSE:A066570) for KRW 480 million on May 29, 2018. As per terms, all assets and personnel will be acquired. On May 29, 2018, the Board of Directors resolved the deal.
The deal is expected to close on July 1, 2018.
