MásMóvil Ibercom, S.A. agreed to acquire remaining stake in Cabolink Montadora de Chicotes Elétricos LTDA from Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. on January 20, 2022. The transaction is subject to approval of Portuguese Competition Authority. As on February 9, 2022, Portugal's National Communications Authority (Anacom) approved the acquisition.
