An undisclosed buyer acquired 7.3% stake in M-Venture Investment, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A019590) from Hankook OTC Co. Ltd. on April 7, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Hankook OTC Co. Ltd. sold 8.3 million shares of M-Venture Investment, Inc. As a result of this transaction, Hankook OTC Co. Ltd. does not hold any stake in M-Venture Investment, Inc.
