VOICEYE, Inc acquired 2.4% stake in SGA Co,. Ltd (KOSDAQ:A049470) from MAC Fund L.P. (Class A) managed by M-Venture Investment, Inc. for KRW 1.4 billion on July 18, 2019. Under the terms, VOICEYE, Inc acquired 1.14 million shares of SGA Co,. Ltd at KRW 1200 per share.
VOICEYE, Inc completed the acquisition of 2.4% stake in SGA Co,. Ltd (KOSDAQ:A049470) from MAC Fund L.P. (Class A) managed by M-Venture Investment, Inc. for KRW 1.4 billion on July 18, 2019.
