The Company anticipates that certain Shares and Options on issue prior to the Listing (including those held by Shareholders associated with Jan Pacas, Justus Hammer, Mike Hill, Josh May, Alexis Soulopoulos and Bombora Growth Fund and the JLM Options) will be classified by ASX as restricted securities and will be required to be held in escrow for up to 24 months from the Listing Date.
