On 28 January 2024, Magnora's Board of Directors authorized a payment of 0.187 per share.

Magnora's sound financial position and expected cash flow allow Magnora to continue distributing capital to shareholders.

The size of the cash distribution will be considered each quarter. Going forward, Magnora's ambition is to increase this quarterly distribution in line with the growth of the company. If deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors, the quarterly review will also consider special distributions on top of the regular distribution.

On 28 February 2024, the Board of Directors held a board meeting to authorize cash distribution. The Board authorized a payment of 0.187 per share. The cash distribution is based on the Company’s annual accounts for 2023 and authorization from the AGM held on 25 April 2023.

The cash distribution is a repayment of paid-in capital in excess of the par value of the Magnora share.
