The Company operates through three segments: Property, Manufacturing, Investment holding and others. Property segment is engaged in investment and development of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Manufacturing segment is engaged in manufacturing and trading of a range of plastic molded products and gloves. Investment holding and others segment is engaged in investment holding operations, provision of management and property support services, construction of residential properties, provision of hospitality management services and trading of building materials. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Capitol Avenue Development Sdn Bhd, Dsara Sentral Sdn Bhd, Elite Park Development Sdn Bhd, Enchanting Heights Sdn Bhd, Enchanting View Development Sdn Bhd, Enrich Property Development Sdn Bhd and others.
