Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad announced retirement of DATO' CHE AZMI BIN MURAD as Chief Operating Officer. YBhg. Dato' Che Azmi bin Murad first started his career as an Air Traffic Controller in 1970 with the Department of Civil Aviation, now known as the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia ("CAAM") and subsequently joined Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad ("MAHB") when it was incorporated in 1992. Since then, his career with MAHB group has been wide-ranging, including stints as airport managers in several domestic and international airports. Some of his senior roles also include General Manager of ("GM") Sepang International Circuit, GM of Corporate Communications and Air Traffic Services, GM of Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd, Senior GM of Operation Services, Executive Director of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport Investment Development and Operation Inc. ("ISG") and Chief Operating Officer of MAHB. YBhg. Dato' Che Azmi bin Murad was the Chairman of the Airports Council International World Facilitation and Services Standing Committee.
