The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malta Properties Company p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that Dr. Brigitte Zammit holder of Maltese passport number 1131631, is resigning from the position of Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Furthermore, the Company announces the appointment of Mrs. Huda Buhumaid, holder of Emirati passport number HHJ790806, residing at Al Khawaneej 1, Area 281, Street 24, Villa 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mrs. Buhumaid is the Chief Marketing Officer of Dubai Holding. She has been successfully steering the marketing and communications strategy for the Group, overseeing branding, digital marketing, internal and external corporate communications, sustainability strategy, in addition to leading award-winning employee and community engagement programmes across the Group. Since joining Dubai Holding in 2006, Mrs. Buhumaid has contributed significantly to the success of several large-scale projects and strategic initiatives, including the launch of iconic attractions and institutions, while also driving the gender equality agenda at Dubai Holding.

Mrs. Buhumaid is currently a Board Member of Higher Colleges of Technology, the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University - School of Business and Quality Management, Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, Dubai Women's Establishment, Dubai Waste Management Company and Certares Travel Ventures. She is also the Vice Chair of the Private Sector Advisory Council and a member of Dubai External Communications Committee for the Media Office of the Government of Dubai.

Mrs. Buhumaid is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Programme, INSEAD, UAE. She holds a master's degree in Organisational Excellence with Honours from Bradford University, UK, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai.

There are no further matters concerning Mrs. Buhumaid that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
