The Company operates through two segments: Foreign worker management services and Manual labour services. The Foreign worker management services provide human resources, administrative and immigration related services of foreign workers employed by customers. The Manual labour services provide cleaning and sanitizing activities as well as manufacturing-related activities to customers. The Company's activities also include construction services, provision of employment, recruitment and worker placement, provision of general insurance related services and various others. The Company offers a variety of assistance to its clients such as Manforce Assurance Solution (MAS), cleaning & maintenance and Malaysians Development Uplift Program (MDUP). It also provides customized services and solutions ranging from foreign and local workers management, training programs, cleaning and maintenance.
