Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd Recommends Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2016; Recommends the Appointment of Anup P. Shah as Director

Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd. has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, has recommended a dividend of INR 1.00 (10%) on equity share of INR 10.00 each for the year ended March 31, 2016.

The Board of Directors of the company at the same meeting, recommended the appointment of Mr. Anup P. Shah as Director of the company.
