CHESHIRE, Connecticut, May 16, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Self-Stor-It, a 18,745 net rentable square foot self-storage facility located in Cheshire, Connecticut.
Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. John Krueger, Connecticut Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Self-Stor-It is located about 19 miles southwest of Hartford in Cheshire, Connecticut. This newly converted self-storage facility was originally built in 2014 and opened for business in December of 2021. The site features 273 climate-controlled self-storage units and benefits from a dense, growing, and affluent surrounding population base.
