LEWISVILLE, TEXAS, November 23, 2021 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Edge at Rockbrook, a 10-unit apartment property located in Lewisville, Texas.

"We had the opportunity to close with the first buyer in escrow who was also a first-time multifamily buyer.
