COLUMBUS, Ohio, February 7, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 2375-2385 Refugee Park, a 22,000-square-foot industrial property located in Columbus, Ohio, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm's Columbus office. The asset sold for $930,000.
Nathan Pealer and Reese J. Thaler, industrial investment sales agents in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a trust. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured by Nathan Pealer.
The property had five tenants and was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
