Additionally, though its subsidiaries, it is involved in the credit card operations, finance, logistics and in the provision of personal loans to the Companyâs customers. The Company operates through a numerous of subsidiaries, including Club Administradora de Cartoes de Credito Ltda, Studio Comercio Varejista do Vestuario Ltda, Due Mille Participacoes Ltda, MAX Participacoes Ltda, Siara Comercio Atacadista de Artigos do Vestuario Ltda and Albatroz Comercio Atacadista de Artigos do Vestuario Ltda, among others. On February 22, 2014, the Company closed three Marisa Lingerie stores of a total area of 522.6 square meters.
