On July 27, 2021, Masimo Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended July 3, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. In connection with the Company's conference call scheduled to be held on
July 27, 2021, the Company's Chief Financial Officer will review supplemental
information regarding the Company's financial results for the quarter ended
July 3, 2021. The Company's supplemental information is furnished as Exhibit
99.2 to this Current Report.
In addition, the Company is making available to investors supplemental financial
information for fiscal 2018, fiscal 2019, fiscal 2020 and the first and second
quarters of fiscal 2021 pursuant to the materials furnished as Exhibit 99.3 to
this Current Report, as well as a discussion of non-GAAP measures, adjustments
and definitions pursuant to the materials furnished as Exhibit 99.4 to this
Current Report.
