Masterwork Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 397.626 million compared to CNY 244.838 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 46.190 million compared to CNY 18.965 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 41.054 million compared to CNY 12.619 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.09 compared to CNY 0.03 a year ago.
Masterwork Group Co., Ltd., formerly Masterwork Machinery Co., Ltd., is principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of printing equipment. The Company mainly provides hot stamping machines, mainly applied in gilding, die cutting, creasing and pressing of paper packaging decoration materials, such as paper boxes and trademarks; die cutting machines, mainly applied in die cutting, creasing and cold pressing of trademarks, paper boxes and greeting cards, pasting machines, mainly used for molding processing of foods, liquor and tobacco, medicine and cosmetics, as well as inspection equipment and others. The Company distributes its products in both domestic and overseas markets.
