Max's Group, Inc. announced that Mr. Isaias P. Fermin tendered his resignation as President and Director effective 31 August 2023 upon his decision to go into retirement. During the meeting of the corporation's Board of Directors held on 9 June 2023, the members of the Board unanimously (i) accepted Mr. Fermin's resignation, and (ii) approved the appointment of Mr. Robert Ramon F. Trota as President (to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Fermin's resignation) effective 31 August 2023. The Board seat currently held by Mr. Fermin will be left vacant following the effectivity of his resignation and until the remaining members of the Board elect a replacement.
