MBM Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through three segments: Motor Trading, Auto Parts Manufacturing, and All others. The Motor Trading segment is engaged in the marketing and distribution of motor vehicles, spare parts and provision of related services. Auto Parts Manufacturing is engaged in the manufacturing of automotive parts and components, steel and alloy wheels and discs, noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) products and provision of tire assembly services. All others segment is engaged in investment holdings, corporate headquarters and other dormant companies. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Federal Auto Holdings Berhad, Autoliv Hirotako Sdn. Bhd., Hirotako Acoustics Sdn. Bhd., and Oriental Metal Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd.
