MCB Bank : Text of Advertisement Prior to Publication - Credit of Final Cash Dividend (D-84) 2023

CREDIT OF FINAL CASH DIVIDEND (D-84) 2023

The shareholders are informed that Final Cash Dividend (D-84) @ 90% i.e., PKR 9.00 per share as declared by MCB Bank Limited (the "Bank") for the quarter ended December 31, 2023, has been credited directly into the respective bank accounts designated by shareholders who have provided copies of their valid CNIC/ NICOP/ NTN/ Passport as well as complete details of IBAN (International Bank Account Number) (requisite information).

As per SECP regulations, the Bank has withheld the above mentioned Final Cash Dividend (D-84) of shareholders who have not yet provided the requisite information as mentioned above.

Further, Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited ("CDC") has developed Centralized Cash Dividend Register ("CCDR"), as eServices web portal which incorporates details pertaining to cash dividends; either paid, unpaid or withheld; by the listed companies. The CCDR maintains history of dividends paid to shareholders by the listed companies and provides access of all such information to the respective shareholders. The web portal facilitates the shareholders of the listed companies in retrieving details of cash dividends from centralized register and using the same for their record purposes.

Shareholders may access CCDR viahttps://eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk. In addition, the Dividend / Zakat & Tax Deduction Report can also be obtained directly from your Participant (Stock Broker) which has been provided to them on their CDS terminals. Moreover, shareholders will also receive a copy of this report on your provided/ registered email addresses.

In case of non-receipt of dividend(s), the shareholder(s) may contact the Share Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Bank through written request containing respective Folio/CDC Account Number. Payment of withheld dividend(s) will be made electronically within 15 days of receiving the requisite information mentioned in the first para.
