MCB Resources Limited, formerly Kalia Limited, is an Australia-based company engaged in discovering and developing copper and gold resources on the island of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. The Company focuses on the Tore Joint Venture (TJV). The TJV holds two exploration licenses (EL), ELs 03 and 04 comprising approximately 1,704 square kilometers of prospective ground in the northern portion of Bougainville Island.
