The Board of Mdundo.com nominates a new strong profile, Jaikaran Sawhny, as ordinary Board member. Jaikaran brings very strong experience from his former position as Chief Platform Officer at the Indian focused music service JioSaavn (formerly known as Saavn until sold to the telco Jio).

Chairman Jesper Drescher comments “Jaikaran Sawhny has very valuable experience from his journey with Saavn in regards to product development, monetization of users in low income regions, building partnerships as well as monetizing emerging market content in developed markets. We believe Jaikaran will strengthen the board and add significant value to the Company’s journey towards growth and profitability.

Mdundo.com A/S hereby gives notice of extraordinary general meeting.

The general meeting will be held on Monday, 22 January 2024 at 2:00 pm at
Matrikel1, Højbro Plads 10, Copenhagen K

Shareholders can also vote by post beforehand or by proxy. Admission card is required for physical presence.

According to the articles of association, the agenda for the general meeting is as follows:  

  1. Election of one new board member

The Board of Directors suggest that Mr. Jaikaran Sawhny is elected as ordinary non-executive board member of Mdundo.com A/S.

No later than Thursday 4th January 2024, the following information will be made available at the company’s website www.mdundo.com/investor: 1) The notice, 2) the total number of shares and votes at the date of the notice, 3) the documents to be presented at the general meeting, 4) the agenda for the general meeting and all proposals submitted, and 5) the forms to request admission card, vote by proxy or post.
