On 25th June, 2020, Groupe Troisième, composed of NJJ Presse, Les Nouvelles Editions Indépendantes and MACSF Epargne Retraite, SHOW TopCo S.C.A and BidCo Breteuil, stated they will present to AMF an offer to acquire the control over Mediawan on July. The Groupe Troisième intends to support Mediawan's strategy. The Group also intends to change the composition of the board to reflect the new shareholder's structure.
The said board change will include 2 members who will be appointed by SHOW TopCo.
