Mediclinic International plc Announces Retirement of Edwin Hertzog as Chairman

Mediclinic announced that Dr. Edwin Hertzog, 69, has indicated his intention to retire as Chairman at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in July 2020. A search for Dr. Hertzog's successor as Chairman will be initiated in due course and the Board will provide an update when available.
