Notice Regarding Completion of Share Repurchase

MEDLEY, INC. ("the Company") hereby announces the results of the share repurchase resolved at the meeting of the board of directors held on November 12, 2021 in accordance with Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan (the "Companies Act"), as applied pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article165 of the Companies Act, as described below.

The Company also announces the completion of share repurchase under the resolution by the board of directors held on November 12, 2021.
