Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad announced that at its Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 February 2024, it will propose first and final single tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2023. The dividend will be payable on 19 March 2024 to Depositors registered in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 8 March 2024. Ex-Date is March 7, 2024.
