Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust announced that the Trustees of the REIT have declared cash distributions of $0.05625 per unit for the months of January, February and March 2015 payable on February 16, 2015, March 16, 2015 and April 15, 2015, respectively along with the record date of January 30, 2015, February 27, 2015 and March 31, 2015, respectively.
